To call Sue Meitner a “people-person” is an understatement.  Sue loves to get to know her clients and other industry professionals and will go above and beyond to understand their needs.  Since her early days as a Loan Originator, she has had a knack for taking a genuine interest in people, developing a friendly relationship, then allowing the business relationship to fall into place naturally.

With 15 years of experience originating loans and doing almost everything in the mortgage industry, Sue set her sights on starting her own business.  The path was uphill and bumpy at times, but by surrounding herself with smart, supportive people, her goal was realized in 2010 as she opened the doors of Centennial Lending Group, LLC.  Shortly after, she wrote about the experience in her book, Crazy, Lucky Girl: Do You Have the Keys to Success?  (Amazon Best Seller List) Through her book and national speaking engagements, Sue shares some pieces of wisdom learned along the way to inspire others who dream of starting a business or enhancing their own production in the mortgage industry.

After 8 years of company growth, Sue made the decision to join forces with friend and colleague, Owen Lee, CEO and Owner of Success Mortgage Partners, Inc.  This decision allows CLG to continue its rapid growth while providing employees with the latest technology to enhance their valued high-level personal service.  It also provides CLG with more customer resources, including more loan products to fit unique needs, quicker turn times, and faster closings.  Sue remains President of CLG so, with the powerful resources of Success Mortgage Partners in place, she can do what she loves most in the mortgage industry.

Sue is active on social media, providing useful information about home buying, the real estate market, the economy, mortgage programs, mortgage rate trends, business services, and never fails to applaud the success of her staff and colleagues.

Recently, Sue was chosen as a correspondent for the suburban Philadelphia market on the nationally broadcasted show Financing The American Dream.

Additionally, she has been awarded several honors such as Philadelphia Business Journal Woman of Distinction; Housing Wire Woman of Influence, Mortgage Professionals of America’s Hot 100 List, National Mortgage Professional Magazine’s Mortgage Banking Most Powerful Women and Montco Happening List – Best Author.
