Enrollment for most benefits, are easily available online in our employee portal. This sheet is an introduction and general overview of the benefits available to you. Our fantastic HR department can assist you in making informed decisions that are in the best interests of you and your family.
All Full-Time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefits. You can enroll your eligible dependents in Medical, Dental, Vision, and some Ancillary within 30 days of becoming eligible as a new employee. Enrollment is done through Kronos, our employee portal.
SMP offers two dental plans for employees to choose from: Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Dental PO Plus and Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Dental PPO. Blue Cross Blue Shield Cross categorizes dental services into Class I, Class I, Class I and Class VI (Ortho).
SMP offers two vision plans through Blue Vision for employees to choose from, each with a wide range of providers —giving you and your family’s EYES for a better future! Exams – Glasses – Contacts.
Health Savings Account. An HSA is like a 401(k) account for your health care. It gives you control of health care expenses when combined with a health plan. If your employer chooses to offer you an HSA, you can use it to pay for current health care expenses and to save for future qualified medical expenses, including retiree health expenses.
