Rob Newman brings over three decades of experience in the mortgage industry, having first become licensed in California in 1993. His journey began as a Telemarketer for Bayco Mortgage in Irvine, CA, while still in college. After two years of hard work, his talent and dedication were recognized, and he was encouraged to become a Loan Officer, marking the start of his long and successful career.
Rob holds an associate’s degree from Orange Coast College and has consistently demonstrated a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of mortgage lending. His wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, combined with a commitment to excellence, makes him a valuable asset to the Success Mortgage Partners team. Rob was particularly drawn to SMP by the leadership and vision of Owen Lee and Theresa Sprague, whose approach to the business deeply resonated with his own values.

Based in Arizona, Rob enjoys staying active in his spare time. He can often be found hiking South Mountain, swimming, playing basketball, or participating in local 5K runs. A sports enthusiast, Rob is also a high school basketball referee in Arizona and a loyal supporter of the ASU Sun Devils football team. When not enjoying the great outdoors, he loves spending time with his cousins, especially during visits to Sea World.
